ERA has negotiated discounted hotel accommodation for ERA Regional Airline Conference delegates at the event venue, the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, Kalvebod Brygge 5, 1560 Copenhagen, Denmark. Bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and delegates are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note the following conditions:
- Hotel bookings can only be made for registered delegates or member representatives intending to register to attend the event (you cannot book hotel accommodation via this method if you do not plan to attend the ERA Regional Airline Conference 2025).

- All reservations will be cross-referenced against event registrations to verify.
- Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from the hotel with a reservation number.
- Hotel reservations cannot be amended by the ERA events team. Delegates need to liaise directly with the hotel to amend their own reservations or this can be actioned by the modify button in your hotel reservation confirmation email.
HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation terms and conditions:
- Single occupancy rate is DKK1,750 per night and double occupancy is DKK2,045 per night. Rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.
- Earliest check-in time is 16:00 Latest check-out time is 12:00.
- Hotel reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival without penalty.
- Hotel reservations cancelled from 6 days prior to the date of arrival, including no shows or a reduction in stay, will be charged in full.
- A credit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- For upgrade requests, please make your reservation via the booking link above, then contact the hotel to apply for an upgrade to your reservation.

WARNING: ERA members are strongly advised to only book hotel accommodation at the event hotel via the ERA website for the 2025 ERA Regional Airline Conference. ERA and the ERA Regional Airline Conference is not affiliated with any external companies to sell hotel accommodation, therefore if you are contacted by a housing bureau, they are not authorised by ERA. Independent organisations or housing providers seem to offer lower rates, however they can be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be non-refundable. ERA and the ERA Regional Airline Conference will not be able to assist with any issues which may arise from booking through an independent organisation or housing provider.
