ERA represents its members on various regulatory and legal affairs matters including Public Service Obligations, slots, airport charges, consumers affairs (including EU261, passengers with reduced mobility and package travel), competition (including the EU State Aid framework and airline mergers), air ticket distribution and multimodality.
We work with key EU regulatory bodies to ensure that legislation is developed in a way that considers the specific needs of the regional aviation industry.
