Marie-Louise Philippe, VP Sales and Marketing - Europe & CIS, Embraer

Marie-Louise Philippe is Vice President Sales & Marketing, Head of Region for Europe & CIS at Embraer Commercial Aviation. She has over 21 years of experience in the aviation industry with a rich international career, being based in France, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Netherlands. Philippe previously served in wide-ranging commercial leadership roles at Airbus in procurement and customer affairs. She achieved substantial savings while managing various supplier portfolios and built a strong sales record with customers in Europe and Asia.

Most recently, Philippe successfully led services and aircraft sales teams in South-East Asia, where she also spearheaded M&A and industrial co-operation projects and serving on the steering board of a training centre. She joined Embraer in September 2023 to lead the aircraft sales and marketing teams for Europe and CIS. She will equally be engaged in driving sustainability for the region, a topic she is very passionate about.

Philippe is the founder and President of the Women in Aviation Chapter Singapore, which promotes and drives diversity and inclusion in the aerospace sector.

Philippe, an Austrian national, is married and has three children. She holds a degree in commerce as well as a Master’s in international management. She is a keen sportswoman and charity fundraiser, and recently competed in the 2023 Women’s Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
