Jean Felon

Jean Felon is an expert in air operations management with extensive experience in training, crisis management and enhancing operational performance. He currently serves as the Head of the Operations Control Center (OCC) at Luxair Luxembourg Airlines. Felon drives improvements in On-Time Performance, customer experience and workload efficiency through innovation, while also working with civil aviation authorities to optimise airspace utilisation for all.

Felon fulfilled his childhood dream of aviation after a decade in business management, earning his flight dispatcher certificate before advancing to becoming an OCC Instructor and then Head of OCC at XL Airways France, where he managed global ETOPS operations. He joined Luxair in July 2020.
