Event app
The event app provides delegates with all event information and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play two weeks before the start of the event. Included is the delegate list, event information, programme, speaker information and more. The sponsor has a logo on the app splash page, a banner on the app home screen and various app pages plus an advert or text page linked from a logo icon on the home screen. The sponsor is also mentioned in the launch email sent to all delegates.
Sponsors are promoted via ERA media channels as follows:
• sponsor’s logo on the ERA website, within the event sponsor's section;
• sponsor’s logo in ERA’s magazine Regional International, the event edition and preceding issues;
• sponsor’s logo on the sponsors’ page of the official event app;
• sponsor’s logo on sponsors’ promotional banner at the event; and
• promotion via ERA’s social media channels.
