David Marty
David Marty serves as Head of Digital solutions marketing at Airbus and is responsible for the promotion of the complete portfolio of Airbus digital solutions (including the Skywise platform).
He has more than 20 years of aviation experience, mainly in commercial aircraft, but always focusing on customer and value creation.
Marty joined the Airbus technical publication department in 2001 during the development phase of the A380 programme. After that, he held various positions in the Airbus support engineering departments dealing with airlines and MROs operating all types of Airbus aircraft.
Marty has spent more than 10 years in the scheduled maintenance department in charge of the development of tailored and customised solutions. He was also maintenance programme approver for the Airbus CAMO organisation. During this decade, Marty has managed several engineering projects and task forces such as parking and storage during the COVID crisis.
Regarding his educational background, Marty graduated from the Institute of Aeronautical Maintenance in Bordeaux. He is married with two children.
