Danish Aviation Association
The Danish Aviation Association (DAA) was established in 1946. Members are from the entire Danish Kingdom, which includes Greenland and the Faroe Islands, operating under Danish legislation. DAA promotes commercial aviation and takes care of members’ interests via national and international authorities and organisations as well as conveying contacts between these and DAA members. DAA represents the full spectrum of commercial aviation covering the technical, operational, regional airports, consultant, and medical side of Danish commercial aviation. DAA observes the future of commercial aviation and has set itself the goal of continuing to work for the members to get the best possible business conditions for them. It is important to maintain the EU’s goal of free movement across borders, as well as the harmonisation of rules and regulations, with a view to creating a level playing field in Europe, so that members’ competitiveness is not impaired.
