Awards Dinner, table
The prestigious ERA Awards Dinner is sponsored by those companies sponsoring individual tables together with the award sponsors. Companies sponsoring tables have a reserved table and can invite registered delegates to join them at their special table (seating for 10 persons). A list of registered delegates is sent to each sponsor eight weeks in advance of the event, so they can invite fellow delegates to join them. All non-sponsored tables are free seating.
The sponsor’s logo is displayed on the table and the tables are decorated to a different specification to the free seating tables. Table sponsors are welcome to supply their own gifts for each of their guests.
Sponsors are promoted via ERA media channels as follows:
• sponsor’s logo on the ERA website, within the event sponsor's section;
• sponsor’s logo in ERA’s magazine Regional International, the event edition and preceding issues;
• sponsor’s logo on the sponsors’ page of the official event app;
• sponsor’s logo on sponsors’ promotional banner at the event; and
• promotion via ERA’s social media channels.
