Marie-Louise Philippe

Marie-Louise Philippe has over 22 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a distinguished international career across France, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Netherlands. She has held various commercial leadership roles at Airbus, particularly in procurement and customer affairs. She achieved significant cost savings while managing diverse supplier portfolios and established a strong sales record with customers in both Europe and Asia.

Most recently, she led services and aircraft sales teams in Southeast Asia, where she also spearheaded M&A and industrial co-operation projects and served on the steering board of a training centre. In September 2023, Philippe joined Embraer to head the aircraft sales and marketing teams for Europe and Central Asia. She is also committed to driving sustainability efforts in the region, a cause she is deeply passionate about.

Philippe is the founder and president of the Women in Aviation Chapter Singapore, an organisation dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the aerospace sector. Additionally, she serves on the Board of the European Regions Airline Association (ERA).

An Austrian national, Philippe is married with three children. She holds a degree in Commerce and a Master’s in International Management. A passionate sportswoman and charity fundraiser, she competed in the 2023 Women’s Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
